She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry L. Swartfager and Ruth A. Pence Swartfager; and her siblings, Hillis A. Swartfager (Anna Mae), Harold Lee Swartfager (Edna), Dean Louis Swartfager and Alma Jane Swartfager.
She is survived by: her siblings, Glenn Jay Swartfager (Sandra) of New Bethlehem and Janet LaRue Swartfager of New Bethlehem; her nieces and nephews, Terry Swartfager, Debra Hitchcock (Dave), Penny Brown (Tim), Ken Swartfager (Kim), Marlene Hartzell (Joe), Roger Swartfager (Kelly), Andrea McCormick (Daren), Mark Swartfager (Julie) and Debbie Snyder (Bob); and her cousin Lucille Procious. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
