He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin G. Heasley and Lois K. Heasley Taylor (Adams); his stepgrandson Phillip Creel; and his stepfather Arthur Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Sharon E. Heasley (Whiteman); his children, Sara Creel (Tony) of Rockwell and Alvin Lee Heasley (Laura) of New Bethlehem; his grandchildren, Chelsea Maske (Caleb), Emily Lubas (Tyler) and Justin Heasley; his stepgrandson Dwayne Creel (Tricia); his great grandchild Lakyn; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Shaylee, Cole, Elijah, Parker and Kylie.
