He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Smith and Alice Smith; his siblings, Rose A. Smith, Mary Jane Smith and Eric Smith; and his grandparents, Warren, Dorothy Smith, Merritt and Hazel Moyer.
He is survived by: his brother Jeffrey A. Smith; and his nephew Joshua Griffin of Oil City. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
