He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ann Hetrick; his daughter Stacey Dinger (Randy); his granddaughter Samantha Toy (Brody); his sister Jean Fowkes of New Bethlehem; his sister-in-law Beverly Hetrick; his nephew Bruce Hetrick; his niece Heidi Banks of Green Valley; his brother-in-law Jerome Heffner (Lynn) of Hawthorn; and his nephew Jerry Heffner (Morgan) of Springfield, Virginia..
