He was predeceased by: his parent Clyde Lutz. He is survived by: his parent Ruth Lutz (Boyer); his children, Carl Wayne, Lori Clinger of New Bethlehem, Eric Lutz (Amanda) of Ford City and Amanda Polka (James) of Kittanning; his grandchildren, Lucas of Ford City, Troy of Ford City and Addelynne of Ford City; his siblings, Ruth Hovis of New Castle, Clyde "Gene" Lutz (Audrey) of Fenelton, William, Arthur, Floyd (Dean), Paul Lutz, Barbara Burr and Evelyn Foertsch; and his niece Belinda Burr. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and his beloved dog.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests monetary donations to help defray funeral expenses to the Alcorn Funeral Home, P.O. Box 244, Hawthorn, Pa. 16230.
