He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Fowkes and Ethel Fowkes (Crispen); and his brother Corbin R. Fowkes. He is survived by: his wife Marian P. Fowkes of New Bethlehem; his son Scott Fowkes (Julie Graf) of Limestone; his grandchildren, Brady Fowkes of Limestone, Danielle Graf Wimer (Matt) of Summerville and Kelsey Graf Ames (Josiah) of Erie; and his great grandchildren, Nelson, Maddox and Hayden.
