She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Lowers and Beulah Slagle Lowers; her husband Bert; and her sister Betty Lou Ballock. She is survived by: her daughter Bertie "Lynn" Moore; her grandchildren, Morgan Hartzell of Chicago, IL, Devon Moore and Hunter Hartzell (Kyle Praise); her great grandchildren, Ruby, Ryne and Jagger; her siblings, Patricia Rugh of Crawford, CO and Jack Lowers; and her siblings-in-law, Norma Troup and Bob Ballock of Twinsburg, OH. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
