He is survived by: his wife Joyce Wagner; his daughters, Melanie Forrest of Reading and Naomi Hines of Reading; his stepdaughters, Heidi Woolsey of New Berlin and Erica Hammaker of Middleburg; and his brothers, Bob Fox (Jean) of Williamsport, Stanley Forrest of Levittown, Blake Forrest (Debbie) of Levittown, Jeff Forrest of Williamsport, Scott Forrest (Laura) of Cogan Station, Keith Forrest of Williamsport and Duane Forrest of Williamsport.
