It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winifred T. Carter (New Bedford, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 9, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse William J. Carter, Jr.; her parent William A; her child Kelly A. Carter; and her sibling Mary Flanagan. She is survived by: her parent Mary A.; her children, William J. Carter, III of South Dartmouth, Paul Carter of South Dartmouth, Stephen Carter (Kathy) of South Dartmouth, Karen Halloran of New Bedford, Janice Hollis (Dudley) of Bermuda and Christine Mello (Wayne) of Fairhaven; and her siblings, William Francis and Richard Francis. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
