He is survived by: his spouse Irene Pata Bilhano; his parent Jose Bilhano; his children, Luis Fidalgo (Isabel) of New Bedford and Joao Fidalgo (Rosa) of New Bedford; his grandchildren, Ana Thompson (Charles) and Linda Fidalgo (Michael Mello); his great grandchildren, Charlie, Adella and Helen; his brother Joao Luis Bilhano (Rosa); and also, Figueira, Foz and Portugal. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
