He is survived by: his children, Ronald E. Forkey (Julie) of Edinburg, PA, Donald D. Forkey (Mary Kay) of New Bedford, PA, Sharon Forkey Williams of Sharpsville, PA and Jackie Forkey Exposito (Tony) of Mt. Jackson, PA; and his siblings, Chuck Forkey, Lois Edwards and Darlene Ritchie. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
