He was predeceased by: his mother Lisa Lutz (Nicastro); and his grandparents, William E. and Roberta Rager. He is survived by: his father Terry Rager (Kim Anthony); his wife Kelly L. Rager (Bosley); his sons, William E. Rager, Jr., Noah E. Rager and Kaiden E. Rager; and his siblings, Jacob Rager (Morgan) and Terra Rager (Donnie Smoker). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many good friends.
