He was predeceased by: his significant other Bonnie Ann Rimmel (Stine); and his brother Bill Rimmel. He is survived by: his children, Ted Rimmel Jr. and Amy Sheffler (Dean); his grandsons, Blake, Devin and Chase Sheffler; and his nephews, George Preble (Lois) of Kenosha, WI and Scott Rimmel (Susan) of Bethel Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the New Alexandria Volunteer Fire Department or to the Tunnelton Volunteer Fire Department.
