She was predeceased by: her parents, William Emerson Leonard and Alice Ruffner Leonard; her husband Donald C. Ruoff; and her siblings, Hazel Stewart, Alberta Dell, Luella Trout, Clark, Dale Leonard, Donna Leonard and Norvell Stewart.
