He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Washlaski and Laura Washlaski (Cwiklik); his son Michael; and his former wife Patricia Washlaski (Dawson). He is survived by: his wife Lee Washlaski (Bates); his sons, Ryan Washlaski of New Alexandria, David Washlaski (Jayme) of New Kensington and Todd Washlaski (Charlotte) of New Kensington; his grandchildren, Kylie Barber, Alexander, Gabrielle, Emily Hammel, Leo Washlaski, Rachel Washlaski (Matt), Christopher Washlaski (Jessica), Brittany Cromer (J. R.) and Michael Ray Washlaski; his great grandchildren, Liam, Camdyn and Kinsley; his sister Lorraine Stepp (Charles) of Greenville, PA; his sister-in-law Sarah Bates of Latrobe; and his nephew David Bybee of Harrisburg. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
