He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael L. Bash and Alice L. Bash (McKowen); his wife Jean Bash (Elder); and his sisters, Francis Koontz (Richard) and Martha Clawson (Merle).
He is survived by: his sister Dorothy Bash; his siblings-in-law, Robert Elder (Kathleen), Bruce Elder (Karleen) and Joann Logan (Thomas); his nieces and nephews, Barbara Edwards (Donald), Judith Koontz, Lorin Johnson (David), Rebecca Johnston (Bill), Susan Tucker (Keith), Linda Clawson, Diana Worden, Robert Koontz (Karen), Ronald Koontz (Jill) and David Emanuel; and his extended family, Scott, Carla Hornock, Justin, Sarah, Joella Dietrick, Cory, Amanda Ewing, Charles, Carol Traeger and Troy Welch.
