He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert A. Hall and Gladys Hall; and his siblings, Helen Elizabeth Latshaw, William Lester Hall, H. Kenneth Hall, Frank Edward Hall and Norman Alexander Hall.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law JoAnn; his wife Rosalie Bayura Hall; his nephews, Ken and Gary Hemminger; and also Caleb Hemminger. He is also survived by his nephews, nieces and brother in-law.
