McIlnay of New Alexandria, Pennsylvania, born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcus Thomas and Mae Thomas (Gess); her husband Clair E. "Fritz" McIlnay; and her sisters, Dolores Edsall and Ruth Schuck.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel E. McIlnay (Melissa) of Latrobe and Kelley Conway of Evanston, IL; her sister Joyce Wilkinson of Pleasant Unity; and her grandchildren, Kieran, Kaidan, McKenna, Caden and Nathan.
