She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter J. Kovalcik and Mary A. Kovalcik (Simko). She is survived by: her sons, Patrick J. Loyacona Jr. (Sharon) of Ocala, FL and Dr. Gerald T. Loyacona (Patricia) of Murrysville; her sister Betty Jane Mizikar of Mammoth; her grandchildren, Sheila Bell (Brian), Patrick J. Loyacona III (Melissa), Anthony Loyacona, Nicholas Loyacona and Maria Loyacona; and her great grandchildren, Parker, Selena Bell, Natalie and Jayden Loyacona.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. James Church, 306 St. James Lane, New Alexandria, PA 15670.
