It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Eugene Manahan of New Albany, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 21, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ivan Judson Manahan and Anna Buckley Manahan; his wife Marion Rae Shaffer; his children, Robert Ivan Eugene Manahan of Riegelsville, PA, Suzanne Perchaylo of Milton, NJ, Todd Manahan of Annandale, VA and Bryan Manahan of Towanda, PA; his grandchildren, William Manahan, Sean Manahan, Brendan Edmonds, Elisabeth Cron and Calvin Siep; his great grandchildren, Anna, Isaiah, Alex, Kayla and Jacob; and his siblings, Marie Traver of Dushore, PA, Barbara Cummings of Illinois and Donald Manahan of Monroeton, PA. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions may be directed to the Northern Tier Career Center, 120 Career Center Lane, Towanda, PA 18848 in his memory.
