It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Bruce Doan of New Albany, Pennsylvania, born in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 10, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Duffield and Ida Mae Cardell Doan; his daughter Deborah Jean Doan; his brother Duane Doan; and his daughter Doris Doan.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Doan; his children, Daniel R. Doan (Barbara), Cynthia (Philip), Jean Howard (Tom) and Joyce; his siblings, Charles "Bud", Richard (Brenda), Blaine (Jesse) and Judy; his grandchildren, Stephanie Doan-Soares, Rebecca Fisher, Hannah Brelsford, Levi Meglich, Jonas Meglich, Derek Howard, Andrew Howard, Nathan Howard, Isaiah Howard, Grace Howard, Lazare Cardell, Caden Cardell, Reubi Cardell, Jediah Cardell, Deron Cardell, Seth Cardell, Mathias Corbin, Gabriel Corbin and Israel Corbin; and his great grandchildren, Ransom Fisher, Adria Fisher, Theodore Brelsford, Zarah Howard, Kenzie Howard and Mahala Howard. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
