It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marilyn Rose Sykes (New Albany, Pennsylvania), born in Towanda, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 20, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Paul Finan and Viola Johnston Finan; her daughter Lisa Ann Edgerton; and her sister Patricia Hill. She is survived by: her husband Edward G. Sykes Sr.; her children, Edward G. Sykes Jr. (Stephanie), Karla Marie Shaw Roanoke, Karen Kelly Wyalusing (Mark) and Jennifer Landis (David); her granddaughter Erika Shaw Myers (Jerod); her great grandchild Hailey Ann Hicks; and her brothers, Gerald P. Finan Jr. Grand and Peter Finan St (Amanda). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
