He was predeceased by: his grandfather James Lloyd'Jim" Lutz. He is survived by: his parent Kristine M. Lutz (Stan Okolowski); his aunts and uncles, Jessica Lutz, Leslie Lutz Assante (Salvatore), Danielle Lutz Smith (Leland), Mary Lutz Jeronimo Gurgua (Ervin Jeronimo Gurgua), Heidi Lutz, James Lutz, Robert Lutz, Stephen Lutz (Stacy) and Michael Lutz; his cousins, Seth, Antonio, Christian, Ayanna, Mattia, Kiara, Lyric, Gabriella, Jameson, Abigail, Amelia, June Rose, Augustus, Gabriel and Leo; his stepsister Jennifer Livezey; and his nephew Colin Livezey. He is also survived by several great aunts and great uncles.
