She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph A. Carsley. She is survived by: her children, Linda M. Day (Dennis), Joseph E. (Karen), Daniel R. (Laura) and Francis M. Carsley (Cheryl); and her brother Albert Parsons. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations in Eleanor's memory to the American Cancer Society.
