It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie R. Weaver Bixby (New Albany, Pennsylvania), born in Sayre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 31, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Weaver and Edith Lee Weaver; and her siblings, Frances Ogden, Irma Strickland, Truman Brainard and Harold Brainard.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Eugene "Gene" Bixby; her daughters, Terri Dieffenbach of Towanda and Cindy Chase (Jeff) of Overton; her grandchildren, Daniel Dieffenbach (Rebecca) of Monroeton and Heather Stanley (Rick) of Jamestown, PA; her great grandchildren, Andrew Dieffenbach, Krista Dieffenbach, Breanna Stanley, Alyssa Stanley, Victoria Simmons, Jacob Simmons and Ian Ellis; her great great grandchild Bennett Dieffenbach; and her sister Sally Haverly of Towanda.
