He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Abigail Ruest of New Albany and Armand R. Ruest III of Shohola; his parents, Armand Ruest Sr. (Tina) of Palmyra, Maine and Michele Fulmer-Armitage of Laceyville; his stepchildren, Kaylee Watkins (Macen Raupers) of Sayre and Morgan Rando (Kevin) of Owego, N. Y.; his stepgranddaughter Emma Lynn Rando of Owego, N. Y.; his sister Jaime Hagadorn; his nephews, Dominic, Mason and Connor Hagadorn; and his grandparents, Albert, Germaine Gervais, Glenn, Ethel, Sis and Fulmer. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family will provide flowers and ask that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Ruest Children Educational Fund, PS Bank, P.O. Box 217, Wyalusing, PA 18853.
