She was predeceased by: her mother Rose Chudicek. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Moser, Jerry Moser Jr. and Christopher Moser (Amy); her grandchildren, Caylee, Samantha and Caiden; her brother Robert "Butch" Chudicek (Colleen); her nieces and nephews, Debbie, Robin, Joshua and Amanda; and her aunt Alice Chudicek.
