She was predeceased by: her parents, John Salak and Helen Salak (Bednar); and her brother John Salak. She is survived by: her husband David A. Kerr; her daughter Theresa A. Krowchyk (Steve "Krow"); and her sister-in-law Janet Salak.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in her name to Neville Island Volunteer Fire Department or Beaver County Humane Society.
