He is survived by: his pet Duke; his children, Jan Harper (Leo), Donald Batista, Kenneth Batista (Tica) and Patrice Russell; his grandchildren, Alexa, Leo, Megan, Anthony, Alison, Gabriel, Ryan, Joni and Keana; his sibling Pat Batiste; and his son-in-law Rick Rutter.
