She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald J. Belloma Jr; and her brother Garry Jacobs. She is survived by: her children, Tara Belloma of Neville Island and Gerald Belloma III of Neville Island; her sister Jacqueline Bolster; her niece Jennifer Herr; her great-nephew Jacob Herr of Pittsburgh; and her pets, Roxy, Benny, Cheyenne and Gracie.
