He is survived by: his children, Charles O. Watkins III (Ramona), Jenean Watkins (late William Sewell), Sandra Bonidie (James) and Stevan Watkins (Jessy); and his brothers, James Watkins (Laura) and Kent Watkins (Cheryl). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
