He was predeceased by: his parents, Euladio Mulero and Isabel Rios (late Maria Rios). He is survived by: his siblings, Teresa Rios, Cundina Rios, Cundina Rios "Cunda", Antonia Rios and Martin Rios; and his children, Jose A. Rios-Rodriguez, Ramon L. Rios, Elizabeth Rios, Reynaldo Rios, Denise Rios, Lisa Arroyo, Ivelisse Arroyo, Angel Carrion, Alicia Carrion, Maria Carrion and Grisel Carrion. He is also survived by 39 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
