He was predeceased by: his former wife Nancy Burke; his children, John J. Mills and Dee Fritz; and his parents, Edith Burke and Thomas D. Burke.
He is survived by: his wife Dee Mills Burke; his children, Anna Marie Watsey (Kevin) and Frankie Burke; his grandchildren, Billy (Melissa), Brianna, Ella and Jayda; his brothers, Daniel and Joe; and his sister-in-law Linda Snopkowski. He is also survived by his nine great-grandchildren.
