It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret M Matalone of Nesquehoning, Pennsylvania, born in Coaldale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 9, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Evans and Mary Evans (Dowling); her son Joseph M. Matalone; and her sister Theresa Michalac. She is survived by: her husband Michael F. Matalone; her daughter Michele McHugh (Gary Sagan) of Nesquehoning; her brothers, James Evans of Nesquehoning and Joseph Evans (Karen) of Summit Hill; and her granddaughter Sarah McHugh (Christopher Fallabell) of Jim Thorpe.
