He is survived by: his wife Althea Higgins (Steigerwalt); his sons, Louis III (Marian) of Newtown, Gary (Trisha) of Lehighton and Steven (Adrienne) of Downingtown; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Meghan, Jeremy, Gary Edward, Kaitlin, Jordan and Devon.
