He was predeceased by: his parent John Herbert. He is survived by: his parent Helen Herbert (Goyda); his sister-in-law Eleanor Jean Herbert (Blaschak) of Ohio; and his nieces, Ruth Ann Herbert and Claudia Pido (Ernest).
