Kochaba; her parents, Andrew Brinkos and Mary Brinkos (Rusnak); her children, Thomas (Christine), Michael of Nesquehoning, Matthew (Mara) of Bern, Switzerland, Kathy (Al DiAntonio), Karen Kochaba of Jim Thorpe and Mary Kochaba (Steve Catherman) of Philadelphia; her sisters, Rita (James Swan) of Colorado, Andrea (Bud Godfrey) of Missouri and Phyllis (Vince Busavage) of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Andrew, Dominic, Christian, Terrance, Sofia, Erin, Sarah and Adrienne; and her great grandchildren, Alessandra, Sebastian, Gabriel, Sloane, Cora, Ruby, Eli and Annie.
