She was predeceased by: her husband Pete Malaska; her parents, Michael Chuma and Anna Chuma (Hydro); her sisters, Anna Susko, Mary Vay and Margaret Chuma; and her grandson Michael M. Zalik.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Malaska (Kathryn) of Nesquehoning, Pete Malaska (Donna) of Nesquehoning and Michaele Kulick (Brian) of Nesquehoning; and her brother John Chuma. She is also survived by Grandchildren, Greatgrandchildren and Nieces and Nephews.
