He is survived by: his mother Ruth Powell (Bump) of Nesquehoning; his sons, Jacob Scott Powell (Sarah Houck), Janesville, Wis and Joshua David Powell (Tiffany Kester); his granddaughters, Persephone Rose and Freya Rose; and his sisters, Betzy (Jeff Cominsky), Cindy (James Shudak), Mountaintop and Jane Becker.
