He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Moore and Mary Moore (Barris); and his brother Kenneth McCandless. He is survived by: his pet Midnight; his children, Russell R. Moore (Robin Graham), Sherrie Kreitzer (Fred), Jarrot T. Moore (Jodi), Willard R. Moore Jr. (Casandra Lascola) and Brandy Nail Moore; and his sister Phyllis Hooks (Jim). He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, and eighteen great-grandchildren.
