He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul A. Fiacco and Anna D'Amelia Fiacco; and his siblings, Buster Fiacco and Jean Dadamio. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy M. Saad; his children, Diana Prevo (Gary) of Valencia, George Fiacco (Monica) of New Castle and Christine Buonpane of New Castle; and his sisters, Frances Liparulo of Binghamton, NY and Katie Basti of Binghamton, NY. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
