He was predeceased by: his parent Anthony P. Anzalone; and his sister Veronica Anzalone Smith. He is survived by: his spouse Lisa Montgomery Anzalone; his children, Audrey Anzalone, Adrienne Anzalone, Alivia Anzalone and Anthony Anzalone; his mother Kathleen of New Castle; his siblings, Anthony M. Anzalone of Florida, Edward "Ted" Anzalone of New Castle and Patricia "Tricia" Myers (Dan) of Mercer, PA; and his brother-in-law Russell Smith of Mercer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
