He is survived by: his wife Roberta Matis; his daughters, Dana Piatek of New Castle and Sara McFarland (Matt) of New Wilmington; his siblings, Stan Piatek of Arizona, Phil Piatek of Tennessee and Katie O'Malley of North Huntington; and his grandchildren, Austin and Cam McFarland.
