He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Prokopchak and Mary Prokopchak (Hamulak); and his siblings, Mike Prokopchak, Nick Prokopchak, John Prokopchak, Julia Piszko, Anne Boulon and Mary Fabian.
He is survived by: his wife Saundra Rose Prokopchak (Fratto); his children, Craig Prokopchak (Susan) of McMurray, PA and Laura Borowy (Gary) of Erie, PA; and his grandchildren, Todd, Tess, Samuel, Jen (Tim), Heather (Mike), Michael (Megan) and Chuck (Tara). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
