He was predeceased by: his parents, William Strobel and Lois Strobel (Thompson). He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Strobel (Houston); his sons, Ron Strobel (Rebecca) and Gary Strobel (Linda) of New Castle; his siblings, William "Bud" Strobel of North Carolina, Robert "Bob" Strobel of Milton, PA, Richard "Rick" Strobel of Georgia, Tom Strobel of New Castle and Bette Hockenberry of New Castle; and his grandchildren, Debbie Brown (Tim), Daniel Strobel (Caitlin), Kendra Strobel, Joshua Strobel, Julia Strobel and Josephine Strobel. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
