It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert J. Shaffer of Neshannock, Pennsylvania, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 3, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Shaffer and Delores Shaffer (Miller); and his sister Lucinda Shaffer. He is survived by: his children, DeAnna Cancilla (Michael) of Pittsburgh and Robert Shaffer (Angelica) of New Castle; and his grandchildren, Rayna and Illyana Shaffer.
