She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Rogan and Caroline Rogan (Schmader); and her husband John S. "Jack" Winter. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Winter of New Castle, Michael Winter of Rochester, NY and Jack Winter, Jr. of New Castle; her brothers, Edward Rogan (Peggy) of Virginia, Patrick Rogan (Betty) of Maryland and Paul Rogan of South Carolina; and her sister-in-law Carol of Florida. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
