He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. McKinley and Helen S. McKinley (Vance); and his sister Shirley J. McKinley. He is survived by: his wife Margaret L. McKinley (McCracken); his sister Nancy Jane Kerr of Liberty, Ohio; his children, William L. McKinley (Myrna) of Conneaut Lake, PA, Timothy P. McKinley of Mentor, Ohio and Michelle L. Burns (James) of New Castle; his grandchildren, Chad M. McKinley, William Lucas McKinley of Naples, James P. Gray (Jenna) of Poland, Epiphany N. Lehman (Shane) of New Castle and Vanessa McKinley of New Hampshire; and his great grandchildren, Elliana E. Benincase of New Castle, Owen J. Gray and Harper J. Gray of Poland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
