She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harkless and Mary Elizabeth Harkless (Micco); and her son Frederick Spencer, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Frederick Spencer, Sr.; her children, Stephanie Wilson of Erie, PA and James Spencer (Heather); her daughter-in-law Lisa Spencer of Neshannock Twp; her grandchildren, Nathan, Noah, Jimmy, Anthony, McKenzie, Richard, Isabella, Tyler and Adelyn; and her great grandchild Evelyn.
