He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Bloise and Rosa Ippolito Bloise; his wife Irene Stofcik; and his siblings, James, John, Joe, Sam, Andy Bloise and Mary Viggiano.

He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Baker (George) of Marco Island, FL and Saundra Brett (Donald) of Poland, OH; his brother Frank Bloise of New Castle; and his grandchildren, Heath D. Bartley (Kristie) of Charlotte, NC, Lauren Lantz (Keith) of Winona Lake, IN and Stephanie Eilers (Michael) of Metairie, LA. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
